I was in a back room very quickly after arriving in the ER. Staff was attentive to my needs and very timely. Tests were ordered quickly and explained to me like I was a real person that mattered. The hospital only had one radiologist who was reading all the reports for various hospitals, so getting my X-ray and CT scan results took awhile. Still, the staff cared for me, kept me comfortable, and explained things while I waited. I felt cared for by competent individuals. My experience with St John's Regional Hospital was very good. I had a procedure done in surgery. The nurses were very good, kind, and professional. The surgery a success.
Julie in admissions was an excellent help and a wonderful person to talk to as she provided me the resources I needed. Thank you
This is the worst hospital I have ever been. My surgery went well, but the nurse staff are either overload with patients or they are short on staff. They took an hour to respond to my call to the nurse station. With the exception of two nurses. I won’t ever want Nothing to do with this hospital
