I came in for an urgent MRI for my knee as I had fallen over 10 days ago and was in excruciating pain when I walked.. When I set up the appointment I was asked if I had any special needs. I let them know I needed wheelchair assist. When I arrived I had to use crutches to get from my car to the office, and every time I put even the slightest weight on my knee it provoked excruciating pain. Friendly greeting. On time admission . Great prep and keeping me informed step by step. Needle insertion was really good. Second time here. No needle this time, but was kept informed about the procedure at all times . Great place. Other arriving patients were greeted in a friendly manner. Still a great place to have in the area. Was crowded but the front desk was very civil
