This is the worst place to put your love ones
HORRIBLE keep your family away from this place my mom visited for respite care total mistake on my part due to the place not being clean and no STAFF present when I toured with Shannon in admissions she showed me a nicely upkept version of a wing they supposedly used for COVID but assured me that all their rooms were similar TOTAL LIE !!!!!! when we got her there nothing was in place to welcome my mom Shannon also told me she would be there to greet us and the only person in the building was the DON! Worked here as an agency nurse and the staffing is treacherous. One nurse with 40+ residents for EVERY shift, how can one provide adequate care with a ratio like that? Sadly, this is typical for many nursing homes so facilities make $$$ and the poor residents suffer. Just a horrible place. Also, the real name is St. John’s Place, not St. John’s “nursing home” lol Families, please take tours of facilities and ask about staffing ratios for your loved ones sake.
