My experience with St. John’s Nursing Center was extremely disappointing and concerning. From the moment we arrived, the facility did not feel clean or well-maintained. The level of care and attention given to patients was not what we expected during such a vulnerable time. Staff responsiveness felt lacking, and overall, the environment did not provide a sense of comfort or confidence in the care being delivered. i recently spent 18 days in St. john’s Nursing Rehabilitation Center and i had a positive experience. i felt that both the nursing and therapy staff were professional, conscientious, and caring to my needs. The only difficulty i noticed were with patients who were struggling with memory care, and i think that type of situation could have more difficulties no matter what nursing facility they were in. I am beyond disappointed with this facility. Everytime I try to get my husband placement it seems as if they overlook his files with no excuse to as of why. I can never get the help from them that I seek out. I call they say they have beds available I provide them with all the requested documents and Information and its like his file just get thrown aside.
