My father was a resident at this nursing home, and our experience was heartbreaking. We felt that the medical care he received did not meet the level of attention and compassion that every resident deserves. It was difficult to watch someone we love not receive the care we expected during such a vulnerable time. My mom was admitted to St. John’s from the hospital. The staff here was so good to her. I am so happy with the care they provided her mom is going home today and she is in tears because of how well the staff has treated her she doesn’t want to leave them, but unfortunately, we know she has to go home
I've just spent the last two weeks here at saint john's and it was a very pleasant experience. It's not the ritz, but they've been very good to me.
I recently had hip surgery in June 2026 and was admitted to St John’s Nursing Center for 10 days to recover and receive PT and OT. The facility is clean, bright and airy. The kitchen staff was very accommodating as I’m quite fussy about certain foods. The staff are exceptional to include Dr Jules, Social Worker Asia, RN Nurse Shaline, CNA Dee of the 2nd floor North wing and a slew of other staff members who were amazing. My dad was here and the nurses lack empathy for the patients here. They're not friendly to the visitors, so I know they're not friendly to the patients. My father asked to go to the bathroom and because he wasn't moving fast enough the nurse told him she had other patients, she'll come back. Needless to say he crapped on himself, then she came back 20 minutes later asking we didn't he call someone even though we pressed the nurse button twice and it was still on when she came.
