I was at this lab last week for blood test. They were slow and one of the check in persons was rude, one was nice. The rude lady made an older gentleman that could barely walk and was using a cane walk back to sign in, even though she hadn't done that to a younger lady when there was no one in front of her. She knew the older man didn't have anyone in front of him either! Every thing is on a tablet or screen and if the older people don't know exactly what to do they get impatient and snappy with them or try to totally ignore... read more
I have been to this location numerous times since leaving the hospital in February. Everyone is always friendly and helpful!
I have needed lots of imagining on the last few years, and this is where I have had the best experiences. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was listened to, andmade to feel as comfortable as possible
