I was directed to the medical centre via an 111 call on a Saturday and I was able to get an appointment an hour after the call. I arrived slightly earlier and the doctor was able to see me in a matter of minutes, even before my allocated appointment. Dr Granham (apologies if misspelled) was very empathetic, patient and helpful. I am very grateful for her care.

I have had very positive experiences with this practice. The online urgent request service is really good and helps avoid the stress of phoning up first thing. In my experience with managing appointments for myself and family, I am usually contacted by a professional within a few hours with advice, prescriptions or the offer of a follow up face-to-face appointment as needed. Both the medical and administrative staff have been polite, knowledgeable and helpful and I feel listened to and respected.

Saw a doctor there following a 111 out of hours (Saturday) referral & he was brilliant and the whole experience was fast, professional & worked really well. Thank you NHS!!!!!

I am currently a patient at this practice while managing complex health issues, including Long COVID and complex PTSD. Sadly, my experience has been consistently difficult due to a lack of continuity and insensitivity from staff. I frequently have to repeat my history to different doctors, which is draining given the complexity of my situation.
