Long waiting times every time
Absolutely terrible. Every single time we have an appointment, it’s on average 45mins to an hour late with no explanation - terrible when you have sick kids and have to pay for parking.
Flu vaccination. Good service. Friendly and well organised. Tia and Hayley in reception very efficient and welcoming.
I saw the out of hours dr. Unfortunately there was a long wait for my appointment but that is standard for the nhs now. I was listened to, treated with kindness and respect and give very good advice. Would definitely recommend this gp.
