Very poor service. I can’t believe it. I’ve spent a good few months attempting to get a GP appointment but there were always issues in the way such as: - GP being too busy - The confusing AskmyGP system not working - Being unable to book an appointment in advance In the end I was able to book in a blood test appointment. Earliest they had was 5 weeks away but I took the appointment and took the afternoon off work as holiday. Went to the appointment. Been at st john medical centre for years and now ive missed appointment been told once more and struck off my be if u answered the phone once in a blue moon we could cancel the appointment but o no don't even try and say its the surgery fault tut tut tut
You are better off just not ever seeing a medical professional and dying of a treatable issue. You can never get an appointment and when you jump through extensive hoops to speak to someone they’ll tell you they can’t help you.
Rubbish. I've been with this GP for years, I've tried to do an AskMyGP request for 2 weeks now. I work shifts so getting on at 8am is hard most days. I get on at 8 the other day and mid way through righting my request the service closes and tells me to come back another day. Utter crap. I've requested to move gp's because on a separate occasion I disclosed something to an apparent 'doctor' and he just said my symptoms were in my head and to take paracetamol.
Been waiting for a call all day to not receive a call For a child that is in a mental health crisis terrible service .
