Saw Dr Asha today who was really lovely and pleasant. Was also here a few weeks ago and saw a nurse who was very friendly and gentle. Reception was welcoming and easy to communicate with, from making the appointment over the phone to sorting out the payments after the appointment.
This Medical Centre is great you don't have to wait days for an appointment. Dr Prakash is a caring Doctor and his staff are the same
Poor communication from the receptionist who dosnt give all info about the practice but gives out false info on other clinics. Then admin manager calls me to argue their point getting aggresive over the phone. I do not recomend anyone use this practice you will be better served looking elsewhere
This practice is awesome, most of our family go here. They have recently got 4 new staff members who are polite and patient and actually listen to you! The Doctors do amazing jobs and are always quick to refer us when needed. It’s good having the same Doctor who knows your history and is quick. Great staff and lovely service
Great friendly staff and the best Dr around. Excellent service and care.
