This place is a joke. I started going here and was double insured, I had never had an office copay anywhere else. This office insisted I had a copay and every time I told them that I didnt all I would get was a "ill tell the billing person" response and then another bill. Then when I went down to only one insurance and told them that I should have a copay, the argued with me and said that I didn't. Highly satisfied with Dr. Beal and staff. Nothing but positive experiences in the 3 years I have been going there. 5 Saint Johns internal medicine. Clean office, knowledgeable Doctor and staff. Listens to your concerns.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. The only good reviews on here are all older reviews and are talking about the old Nurse Practitioners that no longer work there.
