Doctors and nurses are fine IF you can get beyond the reception staff who are unhelpful.
Rang for an emergency appointment for chest pains my old doctors used to get me in same day but this doctors think it’s okay to leave there patient for a week before being seen worse doctors I’ve ever been with and only just registered time to look else where
I find these Drs so unhelpful. I’ve had a Health Check which the results on the NHS app makes reference to Urine test/dipstick haematuria in their comments. But when I asked at Reception just told all is normal - no action - that’s why I didn’t hear anything back. Yet four weeks ago I had a private blood test that stated my cholesterol was too high, my calcium was too high and needed another blood test as a follow up which I had at the same time as my health check and that my kidneys were not functioning correctly. Went in with sample first thing and also sent a message explaining my symptoms got this message just after closing time Dury doctor suggests buying a test kit for home when I have been gave a swab test at home before I thought it was a rude message I pay for my care from nhs
The staff seems really nice. The podiatrist I saw was lovely. Professional and pleasant, made me feel at ease. Sadly could not have the ingrown toenail fixed there, had to get a referral with a 6 week wait.
