We had an incredible experience at St. John’s Hospital, and I want to especially recognize Nik, one of the birth center nurses. After my wife’s C-section, Nik made her feel more humanly comfortable than we’ve ever experienced in any hospital. Her calm presence, gentle care, and genuine compassion stood out in a way that many hospitals in the Twin Cities often lack. This is our 5th child. Went to the ER. They had almost no chairs left in waiting room. Where having to do labs in the lobby but the staff was still amazing! Calm, kind, reassuring (even with belligeren patients) Drs & Nurses gave us their time & listened to us.
The hospital after care is joke they will send u to the worst nursing home the can
Assuming this is for the er dept they are incredible! The staff is very sweet, caring and listen to your problems with whats going on and addresses it in a quick matter. Everytime I've been here for me or my daughter we've been met with amazing staff. Very few times they've been extremely busy but still try to get you seen asap even if it's in the lobby and pulling you to a secluded area for testing to see what's going on if you need to be admitted or can go home.
