Every step along the way was fast professional and filled with kind helpful people. The fact that I can valet at the door if ER and they are open all night to bring back my car made me feel safe. The labs and testing were quick and everyone from check in, nurses, doctors and valet were extremely kind and very helpful
This is not my first time going to this ER. I have been there several times before and have been seen by Dr. Michael Bambenek, Dr. Brian L. Ness, Dr. Brian T. Schroeder, and Dr. Bradley Hernandez. My experiences with all of them were good, and I had always felt that I was treated with care and respect. Terrible wait time bad service never figures the problem out makes you coke back for same test over and over like if it wasn't that theb1st time why would it be the the 5th just taking people money scam
It was busy— lots of sick patients without a room yet. But I like the St John’s nurses and doctors. Very professional and knowledgeable. They listen to your specific needs and concerns.
I’ve been to this ER multiple times for terrible cyclic vomiting and other health issues. I’ve always felt I have been treated in a reasonable amount of time, and I have always been treated with respect and dignity. I very much appreciate the staff at Saint John’s!
