Don't let a patient have a bed then they decide to take a walk but staff don't know. Nobody will know what happen to the person your looking for. They aren't prisoners they should be able to move about. Change cloths. Or even take a walk if able.

Apparently this is their standard for an ER?! I accompanied a loved one here just before midnight and although the front desk staff and security are really nice. Things took a turn for the worst during the triage, they basically just did the bare minimum and had us sitting in chairs in the hallway. They didn’t give the patient a wrist band, didn’t do any bloodwork. One star because it’s close to home, the worst ER ever. You will be sitting in the ER for hours before anyone come check on you, they will walk right pass you. If you ask them for even a tissue they have an attitude. The worst Ever I don’t understand why it’s still open!

Emergency room had very very very very bad service, I m in cancer remission, I had to wait for 3 hour on the chair for one bed and doctor too and the nurse service was terrible and very very bad too, the cannula fell to the floor and the nurse picked and back on , the floor are very dirty with bacterias and viruses, that's very bad from the nurses and supervisor nurse did same, that's crazy, cross contamination, that's no is correct.I do not recommend this place.
