I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted by the care I received from Dr. Aadya Singh. I came into the emergency room with blood in my urine and a known high risk for colon cancer. During my visit, a CT scan revealed an unexplained finding on my liver requiring a follow-up MRI. I went to the St. John’s ER after suddenly becoming violently ill from a smoothie suffering from extreme dizziness, sweating, shaking, ringing ears, stomach cramps, vomiting, and chest pain. I had a terrible experience at this hospital, the communication and level of care here was unacceptable. I waited nearly 7 hours just laying in a hospital bed with little to no updates about my condition or test results. Multiple times I had to physically get up and search for a doctor or nurse myself just to ask what was going on. I had to get up around 5 different times asking for help because nobody would come check on me or explain anything.
