They do not pick up your calls, but on the rare occasions when they do, the receptionist pretends to not hear you speak and hangs up. Absolutely outrageous, especially when their phone number was given by the 111 services for emergency cases
My warm thanks both to the dentist Dr Milena for an excellent consultation this morning and to the hygienist Bhwanna for her careful, immaculate work. Dr Milena is wonderful - she took care to check for lumps and bumps around my neck and jaw. She took a photo of an affected tooth and showed me on-screen, clearly explaining the pros and cons of my treatment options as well as giving me valuable feedback on gum health. I’ve been a patient at St. John’s for six years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. My hygienist, Sri, always takes excellent care of my teeth, and Dr. Sarabi and his team are consistently professional, kind, and attentive. I recently had an excellent visit with their hygienist Bhawana and this was the most thorough and painless experience I've ever had with aa hygienist. Would highly recommend!
