I had a great experience transferring Ohio plates to Florida, as well as getting a new license. My wait for service was minimal, maybe 5 minutes, tops. Their system is very organized and the line moves quickly, a customer’s dream when you have a to-do list. Nikki did a great job of taking care of me, explaining fees and any other information I needed to know, signed me up for voting and was fun and engaging while serving me. I highly recommend this office for its efficiency and wonderful customer service!
Came at 10:55 no line. Got all of renewals and informational changes done and out the door by 11:08 This isn't my first great experience here but a continuation of excellence My agent was #8 today
Great service!!! I stopped in for a DL renewal with my 2 year old daughter but found out my insurance company had reported some inaccurate info. Leah and Whitney were incredibly helpful and patient. I cannot explain how grateful I am for their service.
Everyone here is efficient and friendly! I got all my concealed weapons paperwork and fingerprinting done, plus renewed my car tag and ordered a custom license plate. In and out in less than an hour!
