RecommendedI highly recommend St Johns Bank for all things Banking. I’m a new, hesitant at first, customer. The service I have been shown by Mr. Wyatt and the commercial banking team quickly assured me my switch to St Johns Bank was the right call and I should have done it sooner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely worthless customer service by top managers on down!
The ATMs never work on the first try, I’ve told management and they don’t care about fixing it! They just tell you to pull your card out and re-insert(basically start over) sorry but that’s not how ATMs work, I put in my card I put in my code they give me money on the first try. They also have a count limits, debit purchase limits, ATM with draw limits. Come on !!!! Fix the atms you’re a bank that makes it hard to get my money 💰
First it was the addition of extra fees for checking - now you are closing the only branch convenient to me on Saturday and shutting the drive thru to boot in St. Peters. Its time for me to find a new place to bank; you are making it too inconvenient to bank with you. lastnight I got a phone call asking about some charges on my card. they asked if I was in Florida, no I wasn't. They instantly stopped it and canceled my card. I was told to call my local bank in the morning to full up with them. The next morning my local bank called and Debbie walked me through the process. I was in complete shock that I got a phone call over 2.79. THANK YOU St John's for watching out for me!!! I definitely wont be switching my banking!!!
A associate demanded I take me hat off. This was ok with me but to demand and give me a glare was way out of line. When I contacted the branch manager she blew me off. All I wanted to do was open a business account. I went to US Bank where I was treated with the upmost customer service and I was greeted with a smile even with a hat on.
