Wouldn't tell me which hospital they were taking my friend who I cared for the day he was sick and finally convinced him to go to hospital . He's a person of colour and they wouldn't even let me give him a jacket to take as it's freezing in ED . He was vomiting blood and I showed them what medications he'd taken . And which had run out .all these guys could do was ignore me as a woman and the blonde one in the glasses acted like such a stuck up snob .you are not helping save libes with your ego in the way !!!
Thank you to Ashley and David who were professional clinically, yet so warm and kind and caring to my 94 year-old Mum. Even though they faced a long drive back to base, they made sure she was thoroughly checked out and didn’t rush their process. So reassuring.
