If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst experience we have ever had. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to help our girl to rainbow bridge. She had lost all use of her back legs and couldn’t walk, which I had explained to the girls there, which they ignored and kept trying to get her to walk to the scale. While visiting out of the province for the Holidays, my dear Shakespeare had to see Dr. Dawe for a medical issue. Not only was the entire front desk staff friendly, they remembered him from March and recalled his last visit. Once again Dr. Dawe gave honest and compassionate care you can always trust, answered all of my questions, and the personal touch of remembering specific details about Shakespeare with all the animals they see at the clinic, was touching. I told them my dog had allergies. They charged me 110.00 + taxes and gave me pills @ 279.00 . Never will they see my dog again
