STJ needs to get it together when it comes to leaf pickup. We'll be waiting 3 weeks to have a truck come by while seeing it drive past our house 2 days in a row but not doing our street. Lived here 2.5 yrs and had workers tell me they wouldn't pickup leaves bc we're unincorporated (we're not), continous equipment malfunctions and supposedly behind and working to catch up but apparently they don't finish whatever area they're on and just skip you to keep on the post schedule? One pickup in a month isn't acceptable.
Not ideal. It seems like a better community from the outside, but maybe it's not ideal anywhere. Reality setting in. You can move counties and states, but you'd still be in the same country. You can move countries, but you'd still be on the same earth.
They get a good rating for the fact they take tube tv's and big garbage can be thrown in town dumpster i believe. Also same day service when we had a water issue.
