Everyone has been so nice. Better to go right at 7am to beat the rush!
I use this location all the time, seems front help desk is rather oblivious to the fact that patients are signing in. No one acknowledges that your there until they call your name for information about insurance and drivers license. Never have a problem with anyone who does testing after that, they are friendly and helpful. I feel unwelcome when I first enter and sign in?
Took awhile
No one answers the phone in the lab. Been trying to make an appt and can't get an answer. I'm going to actually have to go in there just to make an appt. Nice and usually time appropriate other than that.
