The resceptionist is rude, disrespectful and has zero customer services skills. Also, not able to communicate or multitask. Only have one person who can check in and call on scripts while the lab tech sits in the back and does nothing and have lobby full of people waiting. Terrible terrible service
First blood draw I’ve ever received without a heavy bruise the following days. The front desk lady/phlebotomist was so patient and careful with me. Truly made the experience a lot less anxiety ridden.
I have had blood work done here many times and it so less stressful than going to a hospital lab. The ladies are friendly and fast. I recently had blood work done and sent to a doctor. The doctor was so impressed he got the blood work the same day. He said he expected it to take a few days. Wouldn't go any place else.
The nurses at this lab are amazing! They were both wonderful with my young daughter and did the draw quickly.
Marge was so beyond rude. Neverrrr will I come here again!! I had an order to have blood drawn with many requests on the order, one of which being zinc. The order did not specify which zinc so Marge felt the need to treat me like garbage. In a very condescending tone she asked “well what do you think I’m going to do just guess” then I explained I unfortunately do not have the information and the office is closed.
