The staff was very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
I have had to deal with this practice twice over the last three years and both times experienced significant issues with the office staff and navigating my insurance. They are not well-versed on how oral surgery benefits are covered and refused to contact my medical insurance carrier. Some oral surgeries are not covered through your dental benefits but medical. I had 2 fractured teeth removed today and I was nervous since I chose no sedation only local. Dr Smythe and her assistant Olivia were AMAZING!! I had no pain and they were so kind, gentle and caring .. I will recommend this place to everyone I know
