I’ve had surgeries done here in the past and staff have been lovely. Lately, they seemed understaffed and rude. One of my family members wasn’t even given a bed to lay on while waiting hours to have surgery. Just a room (that would usually have a bed) with a chair. Is this hospital cutting corners everywhere? No comforts despite being private and charging private. Woeful experience.
What a wonderful team. So caring and patient. Always quick to assist and always with a smile.
Nasty nurses and shitty surgeon. Made me feel like a nuisance and not a patient/client. Maybe private health insurance is over rated.
