Very caring
This is quite simply one of the most beautiful hospital campuses in Australia. Although I'm not religious, I find that institutions run by Catholics are the kindest and have the best people. They do not in any way peddle religion. The classes run by university qualified psychologists were absolutely incredible. I was there last in January 2020, it's hard to believe it's six years ago. Since then they have done a dramatic update apparently with all new accommodation.
Once you leave you can't get support when needed.
My daughter and myself have just put in a complaint regarding the some of the Nurses absolutely appauling behaviour when they would not give medication to my daughter (as she is pregnant) who is suffering from bad reflux/heartburn as she can't eat a meal without this medication she has now had to discharge herself from the hospital as it was not safe for her or her baby- will keep you posted how things progress as we do not want this happening to other patients - if I had my way there would not be 1 star but it would not let... read more
The program is a joke. It’s all about money, the staff are incompetent, disgustingly rude and above all their duty of care is non existent. Honestly I would be contacting the media!!! Disgusting joke for a caring mental facility!!! And talk about the curfew a couple minutes late and they lock you out tell you to find somewhere else to go! Will never recommend and will be telling everyone that it’s a waste of time, money and any and every resource that it gets or has!!!!! How dare they call themselves professionals!!!!
