Inflexible, poorly run, under funded and discriminates based on where you live and your ethnicity. I was referred to this service via my Health Nurse initially and then with GP referral. The intake process is not friendly. Intake phone call appointments are scheduled via text notification only without checking your availability. They actually deserve ZERO star, but there is no option for that! I contacted Raphael Services to get support during my pregnancy and they advised me to see my GP and get a referral and also a mental health plan from GP to make an appointment with them. I asked them when was the next appointment available and they said THEY HAD ONE APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE IN A FEW DAYS, but they said I had to send them all the required documents first. Sharon is absolutely caring and compassionate and has helped me so much in my journey. Beautiful and very family friendly facility. Patient parking is in Elverd Lane, so make sure to put this on your GPS.
This is an absolutely amazing service. After even my first appointment I felt so much better. Very empathetic and effective counselling. I can't rate them highly enough.
