I had day surgery there yesterday 19/9/25 staff were amazing from front reception to all the nursing staff ,dr and anaesthetist we are fantastic both surgeon and anaesthetist came and saw me before and after the procedure to check I was ok ,I didn’t feel I was just a number ,the care I got from nursing staff I could not fault in any way ,I would just like to thank each and everyone of you your all amazing caring people .
Was scheduled for day surgery by Specialist for 6:30 am registration. Advertised Open Time online and Posted on Surgicentre door as 06:00am. Travelled by Public transport as could not drive. Arrived at Surgicentre door at 06:10 am to register. Doors locked. Register clerk inside on phone. I buzzed the bell, no response from clerk. I knocked loudly on glass door several times, no response from clerk. I called Murdoch number and requested the door to be opened. I had an excellent experience at the Surgical Centre at St John of God Hospital. The care provided was truly outstanding—every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. From admission through to recovery, the staff made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Their commitment to patient care and professionalism is clear in every interaction. What a wonderful experience,from the momentI walked in, I was greeted with care. There had been some kind of confusion with my admission time,no big deal, waiting doesn't faze me. The lovely,and ever so friendly receptionist kept me informed, apologizing constantly along the way. Honestly, I truly didn't feel as though my wait was long at all.
