Overall care for patient good. What was lacking, as we as family members had concerns...was very poor communication and lack of empathy. Not helpful at all with a solution. Waited 5 hours to be spoken to by the doctor.
Just split my head open on a pool edge and went to Murdoch to get it looked at. Triage was 5 minutes admission was 5 minutes and waited 30 minutes to get stapled up. John the Irish Dr on this night was an absolute legend and super thorough and had me all fixed up in 10 minutes. Went for a scan and was home in 2 hours. Good work team.
