Staff not very caring or sensitive at a difficult time. Officious staff generally with handling loved ones after he passed. Rooms clean and plenty of space. Nice gardens.

The hospice visit is all of a positive nature, from the caring and compassionate staff (all encompassing), keeping my family and I up to date with any condition changes, medication, what to expect going forward etc. The quiet and calming environment, plus the well kept gardens. Thank you very much for the help you provided to both my wife, our family and myself, it was much appreciated.

I regret and now live with the guilt that I lost my husband sooner then I should have

Lovely people but when you care for a patient you should still be giving them all medications that they would generally be taking not rasioning the medication.
