I went to st john mt lawley for elbow day surgery and want to give a big thankyou to admin staff,nurses and everyone else who had a role in my time there. I also have to say a big thankyou to DR MICHAEL PERETT for his care during procedure and the way he discussed it all with me fist hand. Hes a true awesome guy.
