THANK YOU Went to Midland ED after attending Urgent Care in Ellenbrook I seemed to loose track of time, but I believe I waited no more than 15/20 mins and admitted to the department into a room, saw a couple of doctors, nurses brought me excellent pain relief. I had X-rays and a MRI within a short period of time and sent to SS Ward. I had surgery first thing in the morning,. Great experience at St. John of god hospital Midland ( MRI and ultrasound ). The receptionist in Perth Radiological Clinic was very caring, professional, and supportive. He was soft-spoken, approachable, and very attentive to everyone. Thank you for the service.
Disappointing to see our health care system in such disrepair, after waiting for 7 hours in the Emergency Department as a catergoy 3 ( spinal compliant paitent ) I was finally admitted for the night. Receveived medical attention that night, discharged the following day in more pain and stress than before being admitted. Having said that the volunteers were extremely helpful, the rest seemed very dysfunctional
Waiting for 9 hours in emergency sitting such uncomfortable chairs which actually made my pain levels worse. Then get called up by a lady who just storms around with no care in the world considering people feel horrible. They chuck me onto a bed and I don't get seen for another 4 hours or even asked if I want pain killers or a blanket. The aircon was so cold that me and my partner were shaking and have now ended up with the flu. Very many thanks to the beautiful and friendly and not so friendly trying to be in charge people at the hospital especially the ones on the mental health ward
