My finance was in day surgery last week going for a serious procedure. I was so stressed and emotional. The orderly Ben came in and cheered me up and was funny. Thankyou Ben, you do a great job.
Edited 10/10/25 After SJOG replied to my review to suggest that I reached out to them at patient experience, which is rather ironic since I did prior to posting this review and I am still waiting on a response to my emails. SJOG you completely missed the point of my review and shows why the whole hospital is not functioning well. My review was not just about waiting while feeling unwell. I attended the ED at SJOG Midland on the morning of 9 October. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, care and concern from the Triage Nurse on duty; from the nurses, radiological staff, AECU nurses and doctors. I cannot speak highly enough of the medical care that I received. I especially appreciated how the results and medical procedures were explained to me. Thank you all so much!
Can't fault in there today for a procedure everyone was lovely and caring .
I have never received such disgusting treatment than my experience yesterday in Midland ED. Doubled over in pain, bawling my eyes out, spoke to the staff twice about the agony I was in, said I felt like passing out from the pain, and other people in the waiting room were concerned enough to raise it with staff multiple times that I was seriously unwell.
