The 3 occasions I have visited the emergency department I have had nothing but exceptional service. On two occasions I had Dr Damian and both times were well looked after. I would never go or send any of my family members anywhere else. You all deserve a pay rise! Thankyou

I phoned from North Queensland to see how my nephew was on 2 North after having Major Ortho Surgery. 4 times I phoned not one staff member picked up the phone then when they did,didn’t pass a message on. My nephew said staff were noisy all night laughing, chatting all night so little sleep. As a Nursing Manager myself this didn’t make me recommend this hospital I wanted him to go too Epworth. This needs to be addressed !
