Second visit here for day surgery and once again the most amazing experience with all staff and medical professionals. Such an upbeat friendly culture has been ingrained throughout this hospital and a very well organised and informative experience again. You guys rock!
Super slow.. For a simple stitches I waited for 3 hours
My daughter was admitted under the joy program, self funded maternity services. All went well with some ups & downs until the last day. We had a horrible Inhuman, racist behavior from one of the care assistant named Angela. As a mother of the new Mom patient i will never suggest anyone to spend so much of the money on this hospital. If required to go, please make sure that the Care assistant Angela do not enters your room. No complains with midwives, they were superb, good Doctors and excellent food services.
I have just spent 5 days in the SE Surgical Ward, Level 4. All of the nursing staff were absolutely fantastic. They showed warmth & attentiveness throughout my stay. I also compliment the catering & administration staff. The facilities were clean & modern. I cannot fault my stay. It is not pleasant being in hospital, however everyone at SJOG Berwick, made my stay as pleasant as it could possibly be. Thank you everyone :)
