Was in professional building at Ascension Oakland Hospital Professional Building located at 27483 Dequindre Rd, for imaging. Filthy dirty. No hand sanitizer in lobby. The hold bar for hands raised at x-ray was sticky! Gross. Trip hazards at elevator. But no hand sanitizer?
Debbie from MRI is by far the most cruel and abrasive individual I have ever had to associate with in customer service. Went in for scan of brain and jaw for an MRI. The tech decided that migraines don’t usually scan for the jaw so they decided to just scan the brain (sounds insane, actually happened). Emergency room was not attentive. Horrible environment. Left my dad soiled in his own urine for hours.
Under staffed. You’ll be waiting for hours to be seen. This was the worst emergency experience ever 2hrs before being seen
The care I receive was great and the sfaff was polite helpful and thoughtful and the emergency staff was very kind and the knowledge they had based on my health was great and the care
