Poorly run ER. Severely understaffed and dirty. Looks and smells like it hasn’t been mopped, wiped down or disinfected. The receptionist that day was a sweetheart and doing the best she could. We needed x-rays and she repeatedly called the x-ray room for over an hour (while trying to check in other patients) but no one was answering. She later walked around the hospital and physically had to search for this lady who appeared to be hiding out and uninterested in actually working. They did to brush on customer service. The registration staff do not know how to address their patients. I know this is the 21th century and yet some things never get old such as respect of your elders. There was a young lady at the registration desk who could have easily passed for 18, she certainly didn't look any older than 22 and yet she yelled out my first name as if we were children playing together in the sandbox.
