I am a new patient at this office. I was not very pleased with my first visit. I felt that the visit was rushed and the issues I had brought up were not thoroughly addressed. During the exam is when the doctor asked if it had been my first. When I answered yes, she yelled for her medical assistant who continued to come in and out of the door a few times DURING the exam. Dr. Frost is an incredible doctor! So kind, patient, and will thoroughly explain things to you. BUT the new nurse and lady working at the front desk were extremely rude. I was unintentional late after writing down the wrong time, things happen especially right now with all the stress going on. I apologized numerous times and was willing to reschedule. Though I appreciate the doctor getting me in, I could have gone without the attitude from the other staff, I already felt awful.
I have the worst experience with them, I got bills from them cause they use wrong codes and send this to the lab and my insurance, calling their bill department is AGONY!!! you can be waiting for more than 30 min, took me at least 2 months trying to resolve their mistake, if I can give them 0 starts I would!!! -UPDATE: after 6 months I just received another bill from the lab where they sent the wrong codes, AVOID THIS PLACE!
