I completed a first aid refresher day with St John yesterday. Unfortunately, my entire experience was marred by the unprofessional conduct of our trainer, John. Throughout the duration of the course, I found John's behaviour to be arrogant, rude, and condescending, which greatly detracted from the learning experience.
