I initially contacted Gary in May to discuss several carpentry projects totaling at upwards of $50,000 in potential work. We exchanged messages, and after rescheduling due to illness, we set an appointment for July 24th. Gary never showed up, never called or texted to cancel, and has not responded to any of my follow-up messages since. Despite my repeated attempts to reconnect — even offering flexible scheduling — he completely stopped communicating. This lack of reliability and professionalism was extremely disappointing.

We had St John Craftsman take on several modifications to our home including the design and installation of a new wood surround and mantels for two fireplaces, Crown molding on the Main level, as well as finishing off our lower level. All the work was very professional with beautiful craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. It was a pleasure doing business with Gary at St John Craftsman.
