I saw Doctor Cory Kebert in the ER on Tuesday, October 4, 2016. I brought my paperwork from Tulsa Bone and Joint, hoping they would order me an MRI or an MRK. I was "sent" to this particular hospital which is 70 miles from where I live. I have been passing out driving for two weeks due to pain and passing out from pain at my house about three times a day.
