St John have a long history of excellence in the community but I’m not sure what’s going on now 2026 ? Did the FA CPR one day course, 13 days later finally got the certificate. 16 days later still not updated on my USi portal. Phoned twice in two weeks, automated message at start of call says computer problems or similar. I think that’s a long time to be having issues. All other course providers give a printed certificate on the day, an emailed copy and by nightfall it’s updated on USi. So what’s the issue, seems poor for a ... read more
