PAY PEANUTS - GET MONKEYS !! This morning I tried to do them a favour by alerting them that I keep getting invoices incorrectly sent to my address. After eventually getting through the multiple levels of the automated phone system, a nightmare ensued with some guy who could barely understand English, & thus having to repeat myself several times over. His on repeated reciting pre-scripted, and irrelevant, questions & responses has significantly reduced my willingness to try helping them again.

i called the day before yesterday took them 1 hour to get to manurewa at 2:30 AM i call them 6 times they couldn't give me location so i waited i was in so much pain, i and up wake my dad up took me to Middlemore!
On a winter night, it took one hour and half for the ambulance to arrive. And unfortunately, that's the sad reality under COVID, winter chill and gang crime waves. Liz and Ross were so nice and friendly. They were professional and efficient. We had wonderful experiences with this duo.
