St Johns are breaching my rights, human rights, disability human rights and integrity. Every time I ring the ambulance up or my caregiver for what ever reason they don't turn up. On Saturday 6th June my caregiver wrung St Johns about 9am or just after and they said that they were sending someone to my house in half an hour and 1 hour they still hadn't arrived. I hate st johns ambulance when I ring 111 emergency for a patient who has on going seizures the st johns ambulance has made me wait nearly a whole day for an ambulance to be dispatched as a caregiver I cannot express how much st johns ambulance has failed me many times to provide the care and service for a patient that I caregive who has ongoing seizures, my niece passed away last year due to seizures, st johns ambulance does not treat seizures as an emergency yet people die from seizures whether the seizures are epileptic o... read more

PAY PEANUTS - GET MONKEYS !! This morning I tried to do them a favour by alerting them that I keep getting invoices incorrectly sent to my address. After eventually getting through the multiple levels of the automated phone system, a nightmare ensued with some guy who could barely understand English, & thus having to repeat myself several times over. His on repeated reciting pre-scripted, and irrelevant, questions & responses has significantly reduced my willingness to try helping them again.
