If i could give this place a 0star I would! 100000% do not recommend it especially if your black! The front door lady very rude or maybe she doesn't like black people i dont know 🤔 Christina the instructor oh she's fake as they come, she lied to the front door lady that I was 5min later after lunch break and apparently she told me not to use my phone in class both not true! Day 2 I arrived exactly 12mnts later the lady at the front door refused to let me in saying that I was late I should re-book it ! Like lady I paid 180$ ... read more
Low quality services. Please spare yourself the high cost and energy. Worst service for training and certification. Snappy and condescending staff, not flexible, unmanageable policies. Few minutes late you'll lose your money as you'll automatically be placed as forfeit. There are many other companies for a pleasant and not incredibly frustrating and dissapointing experience. Unfortunately this company is a 0 stars.
Very good trainer, very friendly receptionist. The two-day training course was fulfilling and efficient.
Excellent instructor and staff. Relevant, useful, hands-on, and with a supportive group of students. The role play scenarios are realistic. Remember to bring ID to the training.
