Emily was a great instructor. There are 15 minute breaks at 10am & 2pm and a 1 hour lunch at 12pm.
My instructor could barely form a proper sentence in English unless she was reading or scripted. She mumbled, trailed off, and went off topic often. It was very difficult to learn from her. Seems like the quality of instruction here has really declined.
Got my First Aid certification here. Just wanted to give a shout-out to my instructor, EJ. She did a fantastic job!
