I have come here for all my standard first aid (previously OFA1) and recently came here for my advanced (OFA3). We had Tricia who was amazing. She made the class super fun, she pushed us hard, and was super accommodating. She also had a lot of good songs and sayings to help us remember all the very extensive information that we had to cram into our brains!
I had Tricia, and she was one of the best safety coaches I have ever had. We all learnt so much in my class. She works around every type of situation and different types of learners in the best ways. Her songs and positive attitude really help make the classroom a happy place that we all want to go to in the morning. Does she push us? Absolutely. But she should be. Probably the worst experience I've ever had taking any course ever! Our instructors name was Tricia at the Prince George location who lacked any teaching skills. Rushing through every stage of the course, raising her voice to hurry up through practical scenario's when students were trying to understand the steps. Students felt confused by the chaos. helpful staff, good service and really good course!
Course was canceled morning of. After a discussion with a few people this company is notorious for canceling courses, knowing this i would of never booked. save yourself a headache and go elsewhere or book months before actually needing it.
