The nursing care my family member received was wonderful. However, the support staff, specifically Maria and Tracy, were horrible. Their attitude and basic lack of knowledge regarding CDC guidelines was appalling. In my opinion, Maria needs additional training in order to learn to separate her thoughts and opinions from scientific facts and Tracy needs basic training to learn compassion and empathy. Based on these two individuals, I'd seek care elsewhere. It was far from remarkable.
A lot of people asked if I was looking forward to finishing my daily therapy; I'll actually miss it lots. The entire staff is very welcoming and does a great job while maintaining an amazing spirit. It was a pleasure getting to know everyone through 6 weeks of daily hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I'll miss my banter with them very much. If they read this, be well!
