Used St Joe Pool for about a year with no issues for a rental property hot tub. We are physically at the property for the winter. Was home all day and tech didn't show. Called the office the next business day and their records said the tub was serviced. That's impossible because it is on a 2nd story deck and the tech needs to come into the house to access it. For two years I begged them to help me get the white stuff off the fiberglass walls of my pool. At first they tried to charge me to clean them because he said they weren’t cleaned properly. When I pointed out that he was the one that had been cleaning it he didn’t charge me. I should have left much sooner but it is a small area and hard to find people that you can trust to work. We purchased a hot tub through St Joe Pool. Jeff and his wife were great to work with. Professional, very responsive, knowledgeable and kept us in the loop with updates. The delivery and install was seamless- they hauled away our old hot tub for a reasonable fee. We highly recommend this business!
