Great place to shop The St. Joe Antique Mall is a very fun place to go for those who like a variety of antiques to look at. It is basically a big building with lots of separate vendors, but you get to check out at one spot. They have everything from furniture to glass ware to books to vintage clothing and everything in between. Another asset to this place is a small area where they carry small and unique gift items that aren't necessarily antiques. I really like to get my Christmas ornaments here.

The best I remember when it was called Grandma Made It and it was the best place to while away a rainy afternoon with a friend. They had it set up as if people actually lived there. Each area was set up as if it were the kitchen, bedroom, nursery, etc. I remember once, my friend Patty thought I knew what everything was out of memory. I thanked her for the years of thinking that, but then turned the price tag over to show her where my fund of knowlege came from. God I am so homesick for Rapid City and St. Joe's Antique Mall. ... read more

Thank you Kristie B.! My mother and I co-managed the old Grandma Made It store. We turned around a store that was losing money and made a profit by having a lot of fun! It was a short time but a great time as well! My mother is no longer with us but I sure do have a lot of happy memories from this place! Thanks again for the kind words!!! (Sorry, I have not been to St Joe Antiques Mall & Gift so I can only reflect on the past sorry for the 1 star!)
