the worst, they never answer the phone. How can people get help if they never answer the phone?
I went to St.Jeans to refinance my car. I worked with Elmer and Heidi at the Salem Seaport location however the closest branch to me was NBPT. That was no issue for them. I was able to meet with Jessica with no issues or miscommunications and get my paperwork done I a respectful amount of time. She answer all my questions, was throughout, patient, kinda and knowledgeable about more than just my refinance questions. I highly recommend this credit union at the Newburyport and Seaport Salem location.
This newer location is great. Drive through is convenient. Staff is always polite and efficient.
