Currently having a wonderful experience! We arrived about 10:30 after very long overnight flight. I had paid for an early check in at 1pm. We checked our bags with the hotel, enjoyed a drink at the bar and then walked around the city. At 1 PM I received a phone call saying our room ready. The staff was very attentive and helpful in making sure this request was fulfilled on time. The accommodations are lovely and we enjoy the bar for a well crafted nightcap. I was overwhelmed by the service and friendliness of the staff. This was in stark contrast to my Paris experience that actually cost more. The rooms were great. I do agree that the little glass they have to turn the tub into a shower is a bit inadequate. I felt like royalty there.
