It’s a good thing hospital ERs aren’t run like this vet clinic. “Sorry, we haven’t seen you in over 18 months, hope you don’t die, but if you can live another 2 weeks, we can see you then”. We called at 10pm because our best dog ever was struggling with something unknown. We had no idea of the ridiculous 18 month policy. Called again at 11pm and still crickets. What an awesome clinic with awesome people. So compassionate and caring for the animals, and always available when you need them. I highly recommend them.
Gentle and understanding veterinarian and staff at a difficult time.
My dog has potential lymphoma and took her there to get a second opinion. She's on steroids that makes her pee a lot and quite often. The vet there didn't hesitate and cleaned it up after I apologized a few times and they told me it's ok and we're friendly about it. They brought a blanket in and sat on the floor with her and loved on her and I think she was extremely happy! Great people over there! they actually care about your pet!
