Spent 30 min trying to be seen. glitch with insurance . Got Blue cross on phone to verify with staff that I did indeed have insurance . Woman at front desk was uninterested in working with Blue cross so I could be seen . Had to leave without being seen . I worked there for many years and never treated anyone like this . was told that Er could verify coverage but again receptionist was not interested in doing anything . Defiantly will not return.
Do not know what they are doing
Asked me what pharmacy I would like to use when we checked in and I stated Walgreens in Gonzales because it was a Sunday. They sent it to GEM drugs which is closed on a Sunday. I go back to them and ask them again to please send the prescription to Walgreens in Gonzales and I give her the address to the correct one. Wait an hour before I go to Walgreens to give them a chance to fill it. Walgreens does not have the prescription. I call SJPH and ask them to please send the prescription to Walgreens again, and again I give them... read more
