I wanted to give a huge shoutout for the Staff at St. James. Especially Leo and Jerome. They have a lot of patience and go out f their way for the seniors. Jackie, the property manager is very caring. She goes above & beyond for everyone. My Dad has lived there for over 10 years and I visit weekly. I know how tough the population can be and they handle it with aplomb.
I have been trying to contact administration for 3 weeks and there is no one answering the phone nor is there a voicemail to leave a message.
